Blepharoplasty or eyelids surgery is a method of aesthetic surgery for the removal of the excess of skin, fat and muscles. Blepharoplasty is indicated at almost every age, but is the most frequently addressed to the middle-aged persons and can precede with some years the face lifting. By getting older, the eyebrows tend to droop, all the lid tissues progressively relax, the elasticity of the skin, of the tars, of the muscle and of the orbital septum is lost, and at the same time the growth of fat tissue is added.

Rhinoplasty is the surgical intervention that follows the modification of size and shape of the nose in harmony with the rest of face. Gynecomastia represents the excessive development of breasts in the male (“woman breasts”). This morphological change can generate the unpropitious change of the masculine bust line perceived both by the patient and his company. Gynecomastia can occur transitory even from birth, but it is found most frequent before puberty in 55%-65% cases, whereas in adults occur in 25-30% of the masculine population.

The mammary reconstruction pursues the obtainment by diverse surgical techniques of a breast with the shape (volume) and consistency similar to the normal breast. The biggest reward for the acceptance of mastectomy as a consequence of cancer or of other disease is the breast reconstruction. The mammary reconstruction can be achieved by using the own patient's tissues (flaps) or by using mammary implants, or a combination of both methods.
