Dupuytren's disease is a benign condition that occurs in the fascia of the palm and fingers, in the form of nodules and clamps that causes progressive Woodland fingerstoward the palm and, consequently, impaired hand function (difficulty in carrying out normal daily activities). The cause of the disease is unknown, several causative factors are incriminated smoking, diabetes mellitus, alcohol consumption, micro-traumatisms repeated on the hands.

Tendons may be injured as a result of household accidents, work, road. Tendon injuries may be isolated or associated with damage to other anatomical structures: bones, nerves, vessels, etc. The mechanisms by which tendon damage occurs are varied: cutting, crushing, tearing. Section tendons cause the inability to use hand /finger affected, so it is necessary to repair.

Nerve lesions cause functional impotence to the innervated segment (hand, foot). They are the result of household accidents, work, roadand may be associated with injuries of other anatomical structures (muscles, tendons, vessels). The repair of nerve damage is absolutely necessary and should be performed in the shortest time as determine if the upper limb such as the inability to use the hand in daily activities.

At length, nerve trunks penetrate some areas whith inextensibil character caused by repeted traumatizm which can determine traumatic scar fibrosis, a nerve compression syndrome. Compression syndromes are described in both legs, inferior and superior ( which are more common). The most common upper limb compression syndromes are: carpal tunnel syndrome and Guyon canal syndrome.

Clinically manifested by pain, swelling in the big toe, difficulty in walking and finding appropriate footwear to calm the pain.

Scars are injuries resulting from the undifferentiated tissue repair replacement (connective scar) of the skin and the deeper structures. Scarring may occur after burns, cuts, bruising, by a fire weapon, bitten wounds, etc. The scars can be flat, with minimal aesthetic and functional damage or hiperttophic, keloid, retractile, causing functional disorders (for : hand, eyelids, mouth, for example) or aesthetic (especially for girls).

Skin and soft tissue tumors are fairly common. Most are benign, a fey malignant and generally do not metastasize.
Benign:
- Papilloma (verruca vulgaris) - are the most common benign tumor, caused by viruses.

Are characterized by excessive cell cluster that grows and is capable of unbridled invasion of surrounding tissue and distant spread (metastasis).- basal cell and squamous cell - originated in the epidermis layer of skin. They are located mainly in areas exposed to sunlight. Treatment consists of surgical excision, sometimes associated with radio or chemotherapy.
